We are a small real estate business located in downtown Cherryville, NC. VSR started as a subsidiary to Hoyle Construction Company Inc. after Carolina Freight closed its doors in 1995. As the economy and housing market changed, we quickly evolved from primarily new home construction through Hoyle Construction to being a full-service real estate company. However, we are still happy to be partnered with Hoyle Construction with the upscale subdivision, Rocky Ridge at the Club. We have and are willing to take on any type of listing be it commercial, residential, or rental.
Another aspect of our busniness that has blossomed in recent years is property manangement. We continue to grow our property management inventory and strive to provide a great business relationship with our tenants and landlords. We would be glad to discuss managing your property for you.
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and maintaining the friendly, small-town atmosphere that is intrinsic to Cherryville. We primarily list and sell residential properties in Cherryville and the surrounding rural areas, but we do commonly list and sell homes and commercial properties in Shelby, Kings Mountain, Lincolnton, Bessemer City, Dallas, and Gastonia areas.
